mwalidji I'd like to suggest Odesk.com... I've been working there since January and I can assure you its a legitimate site. You have to apply and work hard to get a job. It's not that easy at first but it is a nice way of showing your skills...

Neobux is one of the best or probably it is the very best option where you can earn a steady income by merely clicking on advertisements. Not that it is a huge amount but a sure amount. One has to be tactful though.

mwalidji Ask both of them to talk. If they won't talk to each other be the bridge between the two. Ask the ex what he feels towards the girl and try to weight his feelings. Then try to talk to the other guy and ask him what he feels to the girl and the guy.
