Yes, you told him and got it off your chest so to speak and certainly off of your mind. He is already in a long time relationship. Therefore, you can move on. You are hurt. Yes. But now you know. Congratulation you! I have just escape from a sad love! I like you before. I loved a boy for 5 years. But after that, I realize he didn't love me. He only needed me as a friend. I was very suffer. But then, I feel free and comfortable because I can escape from myself.

If you have to fall in love then let love come to you , rather than you try to find it. And once you find the person you want, then donot delay, go and ask what he or she wants.
