I am so addicted to water bottles. I take them with me wherever I go. I just love to have water with me. So, I feel very hydrated all the time like I should be. Are you the same way at all? I think it is a good habit and you won't forget to drink water when you're suppose to.

It's wonderful that you are an addict to them. Water is very healthy for you. My hubby is like that. The water bottle goes with him everywhere.

I am really surprised to know that any one can be addicted to water! I think water is a necessity and every living being requires it and without water no body can survive! It is most immediate requirement by the body only next to air! So don't you think that , it is very natural it have water when ever you feel thirsty! I think even if we don't carry water bottles with us we some how or other way manage to drink the water! As there are many Kiosks who are selling water bottles and disposable pouches!
And may I know how much water you are carrying a day and the volume of it carried by you, is it sufficient for the whole day? What do you do if ever happen to finish of the stock of water carried by you in the bottle?
I normally don't carry water bottle with me ! Yes We carry water Container when we are on a long drive or long tour as the availability of water at the appropriate times on long drives is always a question mark! I am not worried about keeping myself hydrated consciously, as I believe this as a normal phenomenon. The body sends the signal in the form of thirst when ever we require water and I immediately have a glassful or two to quench my thirst and my body 's need for water is satisfied!
I am really still wondering how can any body ever be forgetting to drink water, if it is really needed by one?
Good funny discussion! Had a fun in answering the discussion! Thanks!

I was referring to the water bottle and not the water itself. I carry one bottle with me and I always get refill wherever there is a fountain around.

Throughout the years we have collected a fair number of water bottles, because you get them as giveaways in some gas stations, or as gifts when you apply for credit cards in kiosks at some malls. I have two Nalgene water bottles, and I always have them full of filtered water to have with me everywhere I go. If I am in too much of a rush I just grab a couple of bottles of spring water and stuff them in each of my backpack's side pockets. I am also addicted to Perrier. Drinking water is good for you. Helps you to keep wrinkles at bay!!! Drinking lots of water will also help to flush the toxins out of your system and help you to avoid kidney stones. :-0

Yes, it is true because that was mentioned in this CNA course that I took for nursing. So, don't let yourself get to that point.

I'm not SO addicted to water bottles but surely I need them. I can't live without water (obviously). However, I know that some people don't really love to drink water and I don't think this is good for their health. Well, I think you are right. I have to build this habit right away. ^^

I agree...it is a very good habit. But I refer to munch on ice. And I just can't push ice into a water bottle very well. Let along, try to get it out of a water bottle would not be easy either...and still be able o crunch on it. ha ha
So, I usually have a large cup of ice with me in the car. This way, I have water as it melts and it helps it to stay cold. But I also have ice when I want to munch on something but am not hungry. :)

No I can't say I'm addicted to water bottles at all, which is a pity really, because I found myself in a position last year, where I really wished I had one with me.
I went to Glastonbury, to Chalice Well Gardens, where the spring water coming from the well head, is supposed to have healing properties. Indeed, it had something. I drank some from the glasses provided. It was sweet, and tingled as it went down inside me. You could take this water free, if you had a bottle and how I wished I'd had one with me. They were on sale in the shop, but they were charging something like £1.35 for a bottle which held about 3/4 litre, or a pint, I guess.
So... I had to come all the way home without my healing spring water. :-(

I am so addicted. My friends say that I would forget my purse before I would forget my water bottle. They are probably right. I like to try and get all the water my body requires everyday and I just simply can't do it if I don't carry my water bottle with me everywhere.
I also know where all the good restrooms are all over town. Lol.

Addicted to water? WELL THAT'S GOOD FOR YOU. Water is healthy for metabolism and hydration; I really don't think most people drink enough of it. I hate carrying extra things with me when I go out, but most of the time I'll stuff a water bottle in my bag. Otherwise, I'll just buy one or some other refreshing beverage on the way to wherever I'm walking. Drinking is a great preoccupation, imo.

I've recently discovered solarized water. You take blue glass bottles and leave them out in the sun for about 1 hr, and the sun is supposed to purify the water--even your suspect tap water! I don't know why, but my water always tastes better after it's been sundrenched. The blue glass bottles are beautiful too! I love how they reflect in the light.
I'm really big on drinking water. I sing, so it's very important for my voice to stay hydrated.

I drink a lot of bottled water at work. But not so much when I'm at home.
I do though a whole lot of times take water with me when I go places. Especially in the summer. There is nothing better than water when it's hot out side.

It really is a good habit to always carry water around with you. Although I have to say I don't really do that but I am home all day since I'm a stay at home mom so I try to always drink water all day. I have a certain cup that is I think about 3 cups big and I fill it up constantly during the day with water. You really do feel the difference when you drink more water than anything else. So much more healthier.

I say I'm into Bottled Water now that I'm in Cebu City. You see, water here cannot be trusted and I have intestine history so I have to be careful with my water intake. Sigh, I have no choice but to purchase bottled water everyday, really costly living but I better be safe than sorry....

Yeah im addicted to water bottles as well. Its kind of a bad habit for me sometimes, because I guy huge cases of them and I drink them when im at home - which I shouldn't because I have filtered water at home. I waste a lot of money drinking the bottles of water when im at home, but I just think that they taste better. :-D
