After you've watched a horror film, do you ever check under your bed at night??

Do you check your closet? behind the door? or are you too scared to do that even? I always hide under duvet- as if that would have protected me. lol

I don't look under the bed but I feel that somebody is behind me when I go to the bathroom at night. Spooky but I still watch horror movies.

Haha Yeah, I do the same thing. I always have to check all over my room before I can go to bed after watching something like that. Sometimes I'm even still freaked out about it for the next couple nights if it's a really scary movie. It always makes me feel so silly! lol

Well, if the horror film really, really scared me, I wouldn't bother checking under the bed, I would probably curl up close with my sister since we share a bed. That's the only good thing sharing a room and a bed with a sister, you won't be afraid of being left in the room. LOL. But there was a time when my sister wasn't home and my imagination was running away with me that I actually have to sleep at my parent's room. LOL.

I try to not let that get to me at all. You just got to be tough and not give in into fear at all.

I check under my bed every night regardless of whether I have watched a scary movie or not. I think I saw one of the Friday the 13th movies when I was younger and Jason was under the bed and stabbed through the bed into these two teenagers. I just haven't been the same ever since. I did unplug all the TVs after seeing the Ring.

It depends on how scary the movie was. If it's really scary I hve the lights on and I check everywhere. That's if I can even sleep of course. The rest of the time though I just make sure to watch a non-scary movie afterwards. That usually helps.

Stephen King The Master of things under the bed! - Stephen king
I am a avid stephen king reader so its a little harder to get me scared. But yes there are certain movies that will still get me. I really don't like going outside where I live in the dark as it is very dark we live on three acres and it really spooky it reminds me of those crazy teenager movies where they are in the middle of no where and some crazy guy is lurking in the shadows to pounce!

depending one what it is i have watched i do sometimes feel uncomfatble trying to sleep just after watching it but i dont really get scared or hide under my duvet. I end up having scary dreams related to the film if i fall asleep soon after watching it though, which isn't very fun! lol
