Hi friends, Why should we need to take 2 liters of water a day? One glass will shut down midnight hunger pangs, for almost 100 % of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue. 2 liters/day could ease back joint pain 4% up to 80% + decrease the risk of colon cancer by 79%, bladder cancer by 50%, So drink more WATER NOW! Have a nice day!

I don't drink that much, but I've read tons and tons about the benefits of doing so! Strangely, the taste of it gets to be more appealing when you get used to it. After drinking lots of soda every day, water definitely tastes flat, but it grows on you.

habitual drinking of too much sodas can be addictive. it can also cause the set in of some illnesses involving the organs like the gall bladder and the kidneys. we need a good amount of intake of water to keep our organs cleansed and healthy. it is up to you now whether you will take heed of this information. your doctor can explain lengthily the need for so much water intake to nourish your body rightly.

I do try to drink lots of water. I aim for 2 litres but im happy if i manage one as that is alot better than before i was trying. On a good day i will manage 1.5 litres. Depending on what i am doing i will try and sip a large bottle throughout the day rather than trying to drink a glass when i can.

Wow! I didn't know that 2 liters of water can ease so much pain and avoid so many diseases. I don't know if I am consuming 2 liters a day but I hope I am or I am close to. I think I feel healthy, maybe because I have been drinking a lot of water.

Thank you my friend for the useful information. Yes, water is the best source for almost everything in our body. It's a powerful source of anti-oxidants. Minimum requirement is 8 glasses of water per day, I think that should equate to 2 litres? Yes, let's everybody drinks lots of good old plain water!!

I have heard before that drinking alot of water can be very good to health ,but i don't know that it could benefit our health so much. That's so wonderful! Before i always manage to drink as much as i can every day.But i am more busy and drink less water now. However i try my best to complement water to my body in many other ways apart from pure water, like tea and plenty of fruits-my mum suggest.

Frankly speaking no one counts that wheather he or she is taking 2 liters or 3 liters of water per day or not.. Ya but there is a rough idea that i take more than two liters of water per day.. Its summer here and i drink water after every one or one and half hour... So I can conclude that i drink more than 2 liters of water per day

my regular water intake daily runs to as much as more than 3 liters at most times. i always have a bottle of it at my side. water is needed to cleanse our system of all the undesirables, as well as, nourish it for its need in quenching thirst.

I usually drink 1.5-2.5 liters of water a day. But sometimes when I'm doing something very interesting for me - I forget to drink. And when it takes for few hours, I can notice that I'm much more tired than usual. In a quarter of an hour after I start to drink again - I start to feel OK.
What I have read about it:
There is better to drink few sips of water every quarter of an hour than to drink half of a liter of water through 5 minutes. Body can work with continual supply of lower amount of water much better than with a single dose of water.

I drink more than 2 liters of water a day, I just really like water. And sodas arent the best thing for you unfortunately. I have also heard that when your body tetlls you its hungry, sometimes we misinterperret the hunger for what is actually thirst. So drink up buttercups :)

I drink water most of the day. I love water I don't feel liek I need soda . I do not have a sweet tooth at all. I drink orange juice or cranberry juice with breakfast, but other than that water.
