prateekchalana Yes i can swim. i am also a good swimmer and i love swimming. Its an exercise also. It keeps us fit and healthy. Swimming twice a week for 3 to 4 hours is sufficient. I generally swims for 5 to 6 hours once a week.... and i am phycically fit
