I see many of my friends are addicted to smoking and today been suffering from critical throat and chest irregularities at such young age.Despite of their best efforts they are at failure to quit smoking.Would they ever give up? I give them best wishes for their health! What do you think?

Tell your friends that they are ending their lives like the burning ciggerate comes to an end. Smoking directly affects your central nervous system resulting into multiple physical disorders.Be careful and advise others to quit.

Yes my friends also is saying the same thing. I really don't understand why they can't give it up. It smells bad, it's bad for the health of the smoker as well as the second hand smoke recipients and bad for the environment too. They says that it relaxes their nerves and takes out the stress of the day. I just hope they come to realize how bad it really is before it's too late.

Best bet is to seek help and go to group theraphy. Change starts from within, If they decide to stop, they must uphold and be firm to their resolve. Beating the temptation can be pretty hard, but its gona save your life one day. Dying from lung cancer and cardiac illnesses are slow and painful.
