What am I doing Wrong?!?

Quit plugging! Become a person that attracts people. Don't chase them. You can do that right here on myLot or any other forum. Be helpful, make a contribution, become slightly famous wherever you hang out online.

No matter what you do there is never any guarantee you'll get someone to signup up in a program under you - or if they do that they'll be active etc. For me probably the best thing you can do is promote your chosen site via a blog, webiste, squidoo etc which gives you the chance to speak honestly about your program(s) so people may be more inclined to join under you, if they can see the personal side of things rather than just a page in a traffic exchange etc. While they (TEs etc) can work you need to combine a few different ideas. I think it's hard for you to get referrals if you don't give any incentives. I'd rather under anyone who give incentives for me. Just see http://goldage.net in the offers forum.
