Very interesting!
Thanks for your great information. I was not aware of this fact. My condition is the same . I don't like its smell but I like the taste.

That headline really caught my attention because when I was a child I used to eat carrot on my fathers farm. You can simply pull the plant up, then wash with water and eat it. It is a good source of Vitamin A in a form of beta-carotene. So, keep eating carrot disregarding its taste.

This is very interesting, ive heard the old tale that they improve your eyesite but not about them whitening your teeth. I dont mind eating carrots raw, ive never really smelt them before. I think i may have heard that strawberries whiten the teeth though. I probably need to try some of these things as my teeth need a bit of whitening as i only brush them once a day. So thankyou again for this information guys :)

i like carrots and i like the smell too. i like it raw as well as in soup or in any veggy.Raw carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and potassium. they contain vitamin C , vitamin B6 ,thiamine, folic acid, and magnesium.
i like it in a veg as well as raw. i like its swet dish prepared by my mom which now i have learnt and can also make. carrots are also very rich in anti-oxidants.
