ahaha that's funny I watched half of it. we moved to a house 3 yrs ago and now I lease a space for my shop, my landlord is OK but I never forget to pay the lease on time either. I think money is money, I wouldn't want people to delay payment to me so I won't delay payment to others.

That was too funny. The little girl reminded me of a Korean Landlord I had. He kept forgetting that the rent would go directly into his account, and every month he'd say the same things...I never had to bribe him though...

Thankfully, I have not had one just yet. All my landlords so far have been really nice to me and my family.
