I believe in God because he spoke to personally and answers my prayers to Him. I believe in God because he healed me from many sickness, physical pain and granted me peace when I was in distress. I believe in God because he has a future and a purpose and a plan for my life. I believe in God because he knows my past, present and future in the greatest detail possible. I believe in God because I knows what I think even before I think it in my mind. I believe in God because he informs me about my future troubles and assures me that He will be with me in those troubles. I believe in God because he took the guilt of sin away from me and gave me happiness and joy. I believe in God because He has given all I need not only in this life but also for the life to come.

Because I don't think that something could come from nothing, and for no reason. It's silly to me to say that the universe just "is" when it could just as easily (and more probably) just "not be." I am one who thinks the watch is evidence of the watch-maker.

Do you mean a specific god or any god? I believe in my particular gods because when I was a small child, I dreamed of one of them. In my dreams, I called her "Mother" and what she looked like in my dream exactly matched a description I heard of her later from my great-grandmother, and one I've seen depicted in many books about Celtic history and religion. I believe in her not only because I dreamed of her before I knew anything about her, but also because she showed me love in a time when I really needed it. Over the years, many things have happened that have reinforced my belief in my Gods, but sharing them isn't going to convince anyone else. And I don't need to convince anyone else, really.

I know there's a God everytime I look at the patterns/images/shades of the sky. It is God drawing it's images! In everyday and every hour it always display differently, very unique and there's no similarity-- whether in sunny, cloudly or rainy conditions. Have you noticed it? Science would say that it is because of the wind, the sun, the blue sky made change it's pattern. Why is the sun yellow, the sky blue in the day/dark in the night and wind unseen? Why did they have different characteristics and behave like that as if there's Someone constructed/able to control them.
