Do you pray before sleeping?

I have seen many people sleep without doing their night prayers. But i think they must do prayers before sleeping. Atleast i do . What do you think about this? Do you pray before sleeping?? What do you think on this topic?

yes, i do pray before sleeping thanking and praising God for the day's activities. in particular, i am thanking the Lord for the blessings He showered me through the day and everything He provided me like safety, health, financial needs, guidance, and spiritual needs.

There is a children's prayer with the line "if I should die before I wake..." What kind of torture is that for a young mind to go do sleep with?

nope dude....i don't pray before sleeping. i pray early morning and when i start to work, to make me put a great effort and get the best result

Yes, I do pray before sleeping,because it gives peace of mind while sleeping. It let's you forget about all your worries ,anixity,fear and stress. Thats why I pray and advise others to do the same.
