What is the strangest pet you have ever had?

I don't have such a strange pet.
I have a Samoyede dog (polar wolf) but it's quite special cause it's such a rare breed.
Anyway , for so many people their pet is the most special in the world :)

I haven't really had a strange pet... but i had a black cat named Stinker that would stand-up to dogs. That cat could walk anywhere in our dog-populated neighborhood and not be bothered. That was a cool cat.

That is awesome. I know cats can hat something but still feel territorial about them. They are funny that way.

There is a bat that flies around behind my house every night at daybreak. It is strange as it comes from no where and flies in circles for hours until it is pitch black. I suppose then it leaves to hunt, but it is always there. We kind of think of it as a pet but we don't try to bother it or anything.

We had a pair of Emperor Scorpions. If you put a black light on them they glow in the dark.

I am trying to convince my boyfriend to let me get one. He thinks they are disease infested.... I have explained to him over and over that a domestic animal is relatively safe and that he should stop his excuses.

The strangest pet that I have had is probably a frog. I almost had a chinchilla once.

Well that is sad. That is too bad. I understand the idea of not wanting them in the house, but it is still terribly sad because pets are wonderful.

not really strange pet, but I had a pair of fish when i was in college. They lived in a large round rubermaid container. They were well cared for and even when to summer camp where I was a counselor for the summer. They both lived to be over 1 year old...not bad for cheap golfish. Their names were triangle man and particle man.

I have had a ball python snake and a lop eared rabbit. Neither of which are exteremly crazy or out of the ordinary though. You could go buy either one of them at any local pet store, but I am the only one that I know around my area who has had either.

I have had many what you could call strange pets like iguanas,chameleons,turtles,fire newts and even some crawdads.
