mcmomss I love burgers, but I've been trying to eat healthier lately so I haven't been eating them as often. When we do go to McDonalds or other fast food resteraunts I try to order grilled chicken or some type of salad instead.

See any good movies lately?

The last movie we saw was Evan Almighty. I didn't want to see it, but my kids did. I'll have to admit it was better than I thought it would be. I liked it.

mcmomss She was good. I can't think of the name of the guy that plays Evan, but I didn't like him in Bruce Almighty, but he was good in this one.

The last movie we saw was Evan Almighty. I didn't want to see it, but my kids did. I'll have to admit it was better than I thought it would be. I liked it.

mcmomss I remember hearing previews for that movie, but I don't remember it ever coming around here. My kids wanted to see it. Well, maybe when it's out on video.

Anyone have any good recipes for zucchini? My zucchini plants are growing out of control this year. I'm getting three or four huge zucchinis a day and am running out of ideas of what to do with them.

I'm reading a book now called Dying for Chocolate. It's a mystery and so far it seems like it's going to be pretty good. The cool thing about it is it's about a caterer so there are recipes throughout the book.

mcmomss We're getting a lot of cucumbers and green beans too. Not too many peppers yet. I'm just waiting for the tomatoes. We have a lot of green ones, but their just not turning.

mcmomss That looks like a nice sized one. I love zucchini, so I planted 6 plants this year. I've been getting about 4 or 5 a day that size. I've made a ton of fried zucchini and zucchini bread and frozen a lot. I'm running out of ideas of what to do with them.
