DEPRESSION: sudden attack of preconscious

preconscious is a state of mind that contains informations that we've usually forgotten either consciously or ununconcsciouly, but can be recalled to some degree through a stimulus or through deliberately thinking about it. Because of this we may experience a cycle of depression-happiness-depression. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't mean that you are mentally ill. As i've said before a depression might come from a sudden attack of the preconscious state of mind. After being depressed for some time and then have coped with it, thinking you're over the grieving process then sudeenly everything comes back to where you started. The best thing that one can do is basically keep them busy until they have found something that could replace the Lost forever.

I'm not a psychiatrist but I'm a depressed person. I can understand everything you said and I also agree. You caracterized the whole thing from the outside.. the worst thing it's when we are under dipression, we can't see that.

Depression is a reaction to a loss. A loss may be a person, a pet, a thing, job and others. i am in no position to tell you what you should do, because the only person who can resolve this is you. Being depress you tend to self-blame.. may i suggest that you try to divert your inner feelings, try writing, painting or other divertional activities.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

you must to get recreation to enjoy from your depression. you can go to village or mountain area. and i think you will feel better and get enjoy and happy
