Yes! I got to sleep as long as I wanted (7:30). The sweetest thing was my 5 year old son. He got up before everyone else and made a card for me. He drew a picture of me (he showed me skinny even though I'm definitely not! smart child!!) and wrote my name and his name. And he was so thoughtful about it. He said "I used a blue crayon because blue is your favorite color." He's right!

that's great that you will be able to sleep in and have such a great husband who will take care of things so you can do that.
Happy Mother's Day!

I did sleep late. LOL I did not get up until about 8:30 so I had to rush to get to church on time. It is about a half hour drive to church. We got there just as sacrament meeting was beginning. Shame on me for sleeping late.

Happy Mother's Day...I wish I got to sleep late, but I woke up at 5:30 am...and at 6:30 wished my Mom a good day as she went to work and then cooked my kids breakfast.
It'll be laundry for a bit then off to the library to get the kids outside for a bit.
The whole family is going out on Tuesday for dinner because my mom is off then. But for today...normal sunday stuff with the boys.
My oldest one will go to church and acolyte will I stay home with the 17 month old and try to clean aa bit. :)

I can pretty much guarantee that I won't get to sleep in but that is alright. I have a 4 month old liitle girl as well as a 3 1/2 year old. My older child will go back to her room if she sees that I am not awake yet. My four month old wakes up at 6:00 in the morning like clockwork. Unfortunately, my husband works 14 hour days and is so exhausted in the mornings that I know that he won't get up with the baby. Oh well, I guess when my baby gets older, better nights of sleep will come.

I have an hour drive to my mother's house tomorrow for lunch. That means we have to leave here around 11am because she has a concert to go to at 4pm. So it doesn't look like I'll be sleeping in this year. Which means.... go to bed! I should. I really should.
