2blessings When I depressed sometimes I eat, sometimes I sleep but most of the time I look at my two children and realize that my life could be a lot worse than it is. Also, I have spend a lot of time praying that things will get better.

2blessings Remember that you have to take care of yourself too. When your baby is sleeping, take time for yourself (either to catch up on sleep yourself or sit down and eat). Congratulations on becoming a mom. It is so fun.
