LightninStrike 100 stitches in your head and nothing broken! wow, you were lucky that time, no doubt. Dislocations are really painful. A friend of mine has dislocated both shoulders several times and he finally had to go through a surgery in one of them...really bad.

LightninStrike Yeah, bad thing about ribs is that, as you said, there is no treatment other than waiting and putting up with pain. It's possibly one of the most uncomfortable things you can have, precisely because there is nothing you can do about it. Thanks for answering.

LightninStrike if i were you i would forget about sizes and calories. just adopt a good diet, a good eating plan, do some moderate exercise, and be persistent. Don't make really big efforts now just to leave it all in a month. The key leading to results is endurance.
