LightninStrike if i were you i would forget about sizes and calories. just adopt a good diet, a good eating plan, do some moderate exercise, and be persistent. Don't make really big efforts now just to leave it all in a month. The key leading to results is endurance.

LightninStrike I have no doubt that the Amendment may give those rights to American people. A very different discussion might be if that Amendment should be removed or at least reformed. Some think that people kill people, not guns, but I wonder what do they kill them with?...

LightninStrike I hate receiving loads and hoards of unwanted email, so I don't do it myself. I only forward some emails i find particularly interesting, but most of them i don't even read them myself, so obviously I don't forward them.
