For anyone looking to get as much moisture as possible I HIGHLY reccommend Aveda's Sapp Moss collection. I use mainly the shampoo & conditioner. After a few uses my hair is more healthy than EVER! I have very thick & long hair (when in a pony tail the circumfrence is about and inch and a half...and it's all the way to the bottom of my back) The sapp moss collection can't be talked about highly enough. Also I will alternate using the sapp moss conditioner with their Damage Control tropical treatment..
