gsxxychic I can't get ENOUGH of Aveda products.. When it comes to personal care I refuse to buy anything else. I truely believe it's worth the bit of extra money you spend. There's some things you just shouldn't skimp on & that's definitely one of them!!

gsxxychic My favorite way is a method my mom used when we were growing up... slice potatoes in round thin slices...fan them in a line about 5 peices in a sheet of tin foil.. stick a slice of butter in with...a few peices of onion...salt & pepper and wrap them up......

So that was the reason! was my reaction when I read an article that getting enough sleep actually make one person weigh less because ones body would produce a hormone that would make one feel full..and getting six hours or less...
