gsxxychic I can't stress to you enough how true this book is. It will break down every detail of what psoriasis REALLY is, and not the crappy explanatioin you get from these so called doctors that say "your healthy....you just have psoriasis"

Sleep more...Weigh less

So that was the reason! was my reaction when I read an article that getting enough sleep actually make one person weigh less because ones body would produce a hormone that would make one feel full..and getting six hours or less...
