How to prevent Insomnia?

i go to bed at 9pm, i check the time and its already 3am.. I Really Need to sleep

take some sleeping pills... 10 to 15 tablets per day ...and soon you'll be forever sleeping..

Unfortunately I have tried everything in the book. I am on sleeping pills, that is the only thing that is helping me sleep. I have a sleep disorder and no one can find out the specific cause.

avoid drinking caffeine, and dont stay up late...dont watch tv in your room.. get out of mylot...and try to read something so you can get some sleep...

same problem here, i cant get out of my so called "pc world" before 3 am becoz of mylot. before mylot i used to stick to orkut

Have you been drinking coffee or smoking? Those things contribute to insomnia. Or maybe you are thinking too much? If you don't do any of the above, maybe you should try relaxing yourself and to think anything but sleep. I have experienced difficulty to sleep when i was studying at the college. Later I figured out that I was worrying about something. So I relaxed my mind and didn't think about anything when I want to go to sleep. Or you can try apologizing to everybody before going to sleep even if you didn't do any wrong. I tried it many times and it makes me feel better and I was able to sleep more easily.

Avoid thingking of Mylot and girls.. Avoid sleeping from 4-7pm wakeup at 8 and sleep at 9pm.. Avoid Being Wasted. - If you are really desperate, smoke some W33D.. XD

Get off mylot. ;) Try taking a sleep aid for a few days, that always helps me. Good luck.
