My docotor tell me, if I want to keep healthy, I should not eat lots of food for every meal .
and I should only eat to 70% full for every meal.
I am on diet, but I still think it is hard to do that.
if you can do that?

I usually have up to 70 pecent full every meal like you.The reason is that our stomache also need some rest like us and it helps disgestion if the food is not always abundal. You can eat some food at your meal and 1 hour later you should have some fruits to help your digestion and enrich your nutrition supply. That would make a difference doing this.

I agree with your doctor.
It's best to eat many meals a day, in small portions. This keeps your metabolism fast, as your stomach is constantly digesting the food. Don't ever overstuff yourself to the point where you feel like sleeping; that means you've eaten too much. If you eat less food, your stomach will adjust in size to the amount of food you're eating. So eating less food does result in weight loss.

If you read the back of labels it helps. Only take how much the serving says. Like if its chips and the serving size is 3 chips for so many calories. Put 3 chips on a napkin and pick up the rest of the chips. Your less likely to eat more if you have to get up to get more. Goes for any food. What your doctor says about keeping healthy is somewhat true. You do have to be active to stay healthy. As far as gaining weight that is only one way of helping yourself lose it or stay at a healthier level. Try drinking water when you get hungry or right before you eat drink a glass of water it will keep you from eating so much and stay away from the rule of cleaning off your plate. stop when your no longer hungry.
