I normally sleep on my side. If I can't sleep at night, I just lay on my side and I will eventually fall asleep. I feel very comfortable in that position. Somehow I could not sleep on my back unless I'm very very sleepy but I would still automatically curl up on my side.:o)
How do you normally sleep at night? What is your most comfortable position? Do you fall asleep on your back, on your front or on your side? It would be interesting to know what position most people sleep in.

I sleep on my side too. I have never been able of sleeping on my back and much less on my stomach. I also like to tuck my head between 2 pillows, partly in an attempt to reduce the surrounding noise.

I sleep either on my stomach or on my side. It feels the most comfortable to me and that's how I sleep well. I have no problem sleeping on my back as it also helps when I sometimes have trouble falling asleep. Every time I wake up I find that I am either sleeping on my side or the stomach. Just wanted to share my thoughts!

I usually sleep on my sides with a pillow along my front. I slept that way when I was pregnant and it kind of stuck with me. I find though that if I sleep with my knees bent too much, I'm in a heck of alot of pain with my back for the majority of the day and then it's time for advil. So I have to sleep with my knees slightly bent. I try to sleep on my back but usually after about 5 minutes, my chest feels like it's slowly being crushed so I turn to my side. I prefer my right side but I can sleep on my left as well.
Now I think I'm ready for bed. Goodnight all.
