pc or tv?

HTPC springs to mind... no need to constantly glance over my shoulder to catch a glimpse of what's on TV whilst trying to work on the computer...

i would give up my tv if i had to choose between pc and tv, because you can watch tv on the net but cant ddo the stuff like chatting or other stuff you can do on ppc but not on tv, so tv has to go.

I agree with you, for me id rather have the PC with fast internet connection than TV. In the internet you can almost to anything, you can make money and yes you can watch your favorite shows too. There are a lot of websites where you can watch TV shows for free. No need to download a program or anything all you need to have is a browser Firefox for better streaming. I'd definitely give up my TV as I use my PC already to watch TV shows that we don't have here in France. I already don't use my TV set much anyway so I doubt I'd seriously miss it much.

Yup me too, I would also give up tv, when you have got a fast connection you can watch all the shows that you want online and more.

i am sure that i will give up my TV. The computer is a lot better than any TV. i can have all my stuff found on TV on the internet with a much better quality of both video and sound.besides that internet helps me increase my knowledge base and in all projects that i do.

Tv, I seldom watch TV those time, it is only to show DVD, if you buy a bigger LCD later, I even do not it to watch DVD.

TV, since you can watch the stuff from TV on your PC as well, whilst you can't use your TV as a PC.
