HUGGING your mom, dad, brother, sister, other relatives and loved ones is healthy.
Since we were children, it was taught to us that Vitamin C boosts the immune system and its true.. But in addition to that receiving 4 hugs a day can also increase the immune system. No scientific explanation for that yet but it is said that it does increase the immune system because it can lower stress and induces sleep. Come to think of it when we get hugs it does feel good. Sometimes it can also relive anciety and pain.
SO DON'T FORGET TO HUG YOUR LOVED ONES.. THEY WILL THANK YOU FOR IT... ENJOY HUGGING!:)

I can see why. It would make people sooo much happier to have at least 4 hugs a day. I remember my senior year of high school, or class was given a home work assignment to give 4 hugs a day. It was contagious and I swear I got atleast 10 a day. The whole class was so happy and energetic. It really brought everyone together.
