Last night, just a month after burying my aunt, I lost my father as well. Because I have to actively help in arranging his funeral, depending, I probably will not be active here on MyLot until after this is over. Right now, I am having some resistance as to when the funeral is going to be already, and I know that is the very least of my problems.If you can, please say a prayer for us. You can put in your two cents worth here if you will and thank you in advance for any words or comfort you put forth.

I am sorry for your loss. I am still recovering from the loss of my Mum so I understand how difficult the loss of a parent is. Time does make the pain fade away gradually and it becomes easier to just remember the good times you had.

You do not know me, but I came upon your discussion and wanted to send you well wishes anyway. Those sorrows seem to be stacking up. I do not expect a response here, but I am saying a prayer for you now.

I pray that you and your family will be showered with the grace of strength in your time of grief. I lost my father in 2001 and the pain never really goes away. I hope that you will be able to call on the happy memories to tide you over, and that laughter will bring you solace when you do remember. Be strong, friend... :-} {{{{*}}}}

father is a huge suppport. to lose him, is like losing all the morale, but its the time to show the morale your father has taught you. if you are broken, its insulting him. pls be courageous and uphold what he has taught you.

Very sad to learn about your aunt and then the sad demise of your father. Well, the world is transitory and everyone who comes to this world will have to leave it. I know parents are the entities whose importance and value is beyond the words here. Don't loose heart and this is really a very tough time and sad moments. May Almighty give you the courage to bear the irreparable loss. Amen!
