some points you referred may be is right but it's not absolutely true, you said you are not a good student, how do you define a good student or bad? there isn't a definite standard, may be you think having a high score in exam is good student? but who can say the future, the future is mastered by yourhands ,don't give up, i am also in Chinese, i can only say the future is not sure!

I think Chinese high education isn't good enough,it need to improve in many ways,i agree with you that it's not your fulse, there has so many complax reasons such as the system of our education, but not so bad as what you said.most of university students in China are postive, they study hard in class, they consider learning is the most important thing in university.take my classmates for example, most of them study hard and few sleep in class.so i want to know which university are you study at?

I always look at this thing with a more optimistic view. While some students do not cherish the chance of studying in the university but spend their precious time there sleeping, playing cybergame, or idling away their time with GF/BF, most of the students do study hard and learn various kinds of skills to prep themselves for a significant life in the future. Some students're complaining about wasting time in the university, the hinge is they were used to be feeded in the middle school and don't know how to adapt themselves to the teaching format in the university, in which, most learning is by teaching yourselves but not depend on the teachers all the time.

Well, even though you said that few students around you study hard, but why must you let it affect you? The amount of effort put into studying is up to the individual.
