How about some Low-Fat Tortilla Chips :
1 ts warmed safflower oil; or
1 ts vegetable cooking spray
4 corn tortillas
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Lightly oil or spray the top of each tortilla. Cut with scissors into 8 wedges. Place on nonstick baking sheets. Bake until chips are crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve within 30 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.

I often get midnight cravings, I usually eat popcorn or a bowl of cereal not the sugary cereal, cereal like mutil grain cherios, special k, corn flakes and bananas, and total. and drink water.

I would suggest something like fruit or toast would be quick, easy and filling.
