Removing all spyware and adware

Well, before you start to clean all of the spyware and adware i think it is better that you scan it from a sterilize computer, why? because according to my experience it was more successful if we clean it through another sterilize computer, after we make sure that our computer on the previous time was infected and as been clean the next step is installing anti spyware or anti adware, on my computer i use 2 software for the security, AVAST 4 Home Edition it is absolutely free and Zone Alarm (it is also free) the zone alarm itself we can imagine as the security guard on my computer so every activity to or from the computer zone alarm always watch it and if there is something suspicious the zone alarm will prompt us
