Earlier this evening one of my neighbors came by my apartment with his 2 year old daughter selling magazines for the fundraiser. My daughter has never seen this little girl before so the whole time this guy was giving me his sale pitch mine and his daughter were playing peek a boo around the door. It was so funny how quickly they became friends. Well when they left my daughter was so sad. I've never seen her cry so much when somebody left. It took me a minute to realize why she was crying. But after I realized it I just thought it was so sweet how she got so attached to this little girl in just the few minutes they were together.

Awww that is so sweet being a mother is such an honour and joy isn't it? On Sunday at Church there was another baby on the floor and my 15 month old little girl went up to her and got her blanket out of her pram putting it around her. The baby was coughing so my daughter found a handkerchief on one of the chairs she took it and went up to the baby wiping her face. Her Grandmother picked the baby up and my daughter concerned past the Grandmother the handkerchief and the blanket so she could wrap her up. My daughter is only 15 months and already she is showing care for others.
Children are wonderful aren't they?

That is so sweet. It's funny how they make friends that fast and then they don't want to leave them. I keep kids in my home and my son will be a year old this Saturday and when the kids come up each morning he gets all excited like he's ready to play with them. I think it's so cute.

That is really sweet. Since they live in your apartments aybe you can set up a play date between them. It sounds like they really hit it off.

Awww..your little girl is growing up. I hace an almost 4yr old daughter and she makes freinds wherever we go, when Im with her at the laundrymat she is so happy there is other little girls there so she can play with them and its cute because then when we have to leave she acts like she has known these kids her whole life. For me I think its because my daughter is an only child so whenever she sees another kid she gets excited she has someone to play with thats her age.

That is such a wonderful story and glad that your daughter made a friend and missed the other girl when she left. Hopefully they can get spend time together as it is good for them to have friends and other kids to play with. I bet it was so cute to see your daughter and the other girl playing peek a boo. :-) It is amazing how quickly kids can make friends. Hope that they can have a wonderful friendship.

Same can be said with my toddler who just turned 3. Every children she sees in our apartment complex, she thinks it is her friends. We have an activity center on this complex and when I bring her there, she sees this kids and she memorize all her name. Although the activity center is just open several times a week but I never failed to bring her in because it is so pitiful when the friends she can consider around here is the people at the leasing office, the maintenance team and the housekeeper of this complex. She knows everybody by the name and when she tell her father about this people, it seems that she had known them forever. It is just me and her the whole day and am looking around for places to start with her pre-school. And am expecting in July so hopefully, she will be more entertain with the new baby and being a big sister ( I hope! =) ).

Thats great that your daughter can make friends so quickly. My daughter is the same way. She just loves people.
I'm hoping once we get settled into our new place we will have some good neighbors and I hope things go well for her at school too since she will be starting a new school next year.
Hopefully you can get together with the little girl again soon so that they can play together.
