Whenever we meet doctors when we are ill, most of the times they advise us to drink lot of milk as milk is a rich source of proteins and vitamins.
I dont like milk but know its good for health and when i was a kid i was forced to drink but since am grown up now i take milk daily keeping in mind of its advantages.
But never i get pimples in my face due to this reason.Indian crickter Dhoni has stated in his interview that he takes 10 glasses of milk daily.
All of a sudden, an article in newspaper says that according to new research drinking milk causes pimples and other problems on your face.Do you agree with this?

never heard that one before. Would love to know the science that they based that claim on. But, science is always coming up with new facts. I haven't noticed that it's true for me. But Cola drinks and carbonated beverages do cause me and my kid to get pimples and hideous breakouts.

Unless you have a severe allergic reaction to milk, I can see no reason why one would break out in pimples because of it. However, I have also never heard of a medical doctor recommending more than two servings of dairy a day, due to rising obesity and natural adult resistance to lactose.

Certainly NOT !!! as far as I know. It only make you fit and healthy . Provides vital necessities required by the body. I daily take 3 glasses of milk since childhood and have never had pimples. So I dont find any point in milk causing pimples. I know that oil causes but not milk.

Personally I don't think milk is a healthy product at all.
It is produced by cows to feed baby cows whos requirements are very different to human babies and certainly to adult humans. No other adult animal species drink milk, so why would we think we need it for health?
If you are worried about getting enough vitamins and minerals eat a wider range of fruit and vegetables, but give up the milk, it doesn't do you any good, so there is no point drinking it if you don like it

Acne is a common problem faced by almost all teen-agers and youth. What is acne and why do we get them. Acne is actually caused because of hormone imbalance. Your skin breaks out because of a hormone called testosterone. Both men and women have testosterone in their systems. In fact, did you know that in order to make testosterone, boys bodies have to make female hormones first? If you have acne, you haven't got abnormal levels of testosterone. You've got skin that reacts abnormally to this hormone. So, it does not mean that you should not drink milk, milk has got nothing to do with pimples.
