Sudden escape from suicide - how the society looks it?

If anyone intend to commit suicide and miraculously escape from suicidal and do not die then how your society look on him or her? In our country, if it is seriously injured and admitted into medical and police can know it then police case start against person escape from commiting suicide because suicide is offensive in our country, though people commit suicide and die as a premarure death. I think there should be organization to help with counsel to suicide intended people and do work in suicide-prone areas to resist pre-mature death and suicide.

I think that is just sad when people feel like they need to terminate their lives. We have those kind of organizations that help them here in the USA. But, not alot of people would admit that they need help and never get the help at all.
