every good sleeping pattern whereas too short for you to regain your vitality and sufficient time to creat more brain cells as it normally requires human body to rest for 8 hours a day or maybe even more depends on how physicall or mentally you tired from the yesterday

Define late and very late, I most commonly go to sleep between 2 and 4~5 AM, I'd call that late and very late, although many would call it very late and early morning.
I sleep for about 6~8 hours a night on average, although sometimes I take an hour extra or so.

I had habbit of sleeping late at night. I sleep at 12 midnight.

i sleep very early, like about 9pm i'm already ready for bed. i love to sleep and i want to get 7-9 hours of sleep everyday.

My sleeping hours is around 1am to 5am every vacation.. while if there are classes, i sleep from 9am to 4am.. :)

I try to go to bed around 10. That is when most of my primetime shows end. I try to get up in eight hours, but sometimes I sleep till 8:30am when my daughter gets up.

The times I go to bed and get up vary, but I shoot for at least 8 hours a night.
