Would you date a married man?

One of co-worker which is married has been asking me out, he says his marriage is on the rocks, but he is still married. I like him but I don't want to be a home wrecker.

DON'T DO IT!! I've dated a married / divorced man for 3 1/2 years of my life. It was the most miserable time of my life!
Married men are after whatever is missing at home. No matter how much they tell you they love you... they never leave to actually be with you!
EVERY married man says his marriage is on the rocks... and in some sense it must be or he wouldn't be looking. But trust me... they don't want to leave the stability that even a "rocky" marriage allows them.
RUN!! RUN QUICKLY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! There are too many single guys who are willing to give you 100%!!
