What brand(s) of baby food do you feed your baby? Does your child seem to have a preference? Do you? I've been feeding my 6 1/2 month old daughter Gerber (regular and organics) Stage 1 baby foods for about a month now but she isn't crazy about any of the flavors we've tried. She'll eat a little bit each day but she isn't particularly happy about it. I was thinking that it's time to move onto Stage 2 foods and am hoping that she'll be more enthusiastic about the new flavor combinations and textures but am wondering if her lack of interest in food doesn't have something to do with the brand we're using. I'm thinking about switching but wanted to see what other people use and if you baby prefers one brand over the others. Has anybody ever heard of or tried Healthy Times baby food or Earth's Best? How about the Tender Harvest line(which is also by Gerber)? One more baby food question and then I promise I'm done...at what age do you start feeding meats?? I thought it wasn't until around 9 months but then I noticed there are lots of different Stage 2 meat and vegetable dinners and combinations so now I'm confused. Can my daugher have meats now? Is there any reason to wait? I'm a first time mom so this is all new to me and it's very confusing and overwhelming. Any help or advice anyone can give me is very much appreciated.
