Do you always drink wine with your meal? red or white?

Dinning is a wonderful experience especially if the food looks good and tastes good. Not to mention the ambiance and the enhancement that goes with it, such as, entertainment, specialty drinks or wine. But nothing makes each meal look more luxurious and special than a bottle of wine to go with it. Some prefer red wine if dark meat is served and white wine for seafood. I prefer white wine with anything else, especially with desserts. how about you? on special occasions, what makes your meal extra special and satisfying... red or white wine?
