In india also noawdays the extra marital affairs is going up , in any newspapers in india (pune) we come across a news of some affair and then some thing going wrong.
If we just take a look around us , the society where we live , the work place , we surely come across this thing.
There seems to be more and more of this affairs in current times .
May be people are losing trust or they dont seem to love their family , or may be they are not happy.
Whatever maybe the reason , what is important is both the male and female is responsible for that , and may be just some do it for fun.
Its really hard to beleive that people are giving time for these things in life , they dont think what might happen if they are caught and they are sooner or later.
I have seen some cases where the women gets away and the guy is in trouble or guy gets away and the women gets in trouble , what is important is it ruins a family.
If people think about their families and friends , kids , maybe they wont do it.
ITS ALL ABOUT FEELINGS BUT IF IT DESTROYES A FAMILY , THEN I FEEL WE HAVE TO THINK TWICE.

You're right...but such do not only take place in your country but everywhere else...I don't know, could be part of human nature for some to be polygamous and jump into affairs without thinking of the grim consequences...the bottom line is: they destroy families and that's really sad. Of course we could not just tell people to stay away from extra marital affairs because sometimes it could just happen, and people regret it only later. The best thing of course is to keep love alive and burning for each other so as not to go astray. I remember an appropriate poster which reads: "the best gift that a father can give to his children is to love their mother"....I like this saying...it reminds me and my husband that our family's survival depends on both of us....

I totally agree with you on that. I honestly don't know why men can't be just happy with one woman. I don't know why they have the need to be with just more than one. I think if they want to do that, then marriage isn't for them at all.
