I have never suffered from allergies until this year. I get one nostril that drips and a slight headache (sort of cold like symptoms). The rest of the family suffers too but with greater symptoms. What is your cure or cures from this seasonal discomfort other than short of seeing a doctor?

Thanks Ms.Gags8513 I will try the pharmacy and if they are not completely helpful I will visit my doc. Do you believe in alternative meds like natural remedies?
My partner has tried one product called Sinus Buster all natural sinus spray and the ingredients are capsaicin pepper extract. You should see her face when she snorts that stuff.

I have seasonal allergies plus the usual cat dust mold etc. I usually try to first stay away from triggers. But if I can't when I do get exposed to them, the first thing I do is wash up my hands and face to try to remove anything that I may end up inhaling. If it is too much then I usually try to tough it out and blow my nose. LOL I never ever see the doctor if I can avoid it. I have seen one twice in six years. But I do use benedryl for the real bad bouts. I do get the nose but once I get itchy eyes I tend to go batty!

I suffer from Allergies every year around the middle of May they start. It starts with me sneezing all the time, my eyes watering and my ears and throat.
I used to take Benedryl but it puts me to sleep. Now I take Allergra from the doctor and it really helps me.
We live in the Ohio valley and my old boss used to have to get shots as her allergies were so bad. So I am lucky a pill helps me.

I don't have allergies I guess because I don't sneeze or anything when the spring comes. My mom on the other hand does. There's nothing really she can do for it.
