Sounds great what you are having. Tonight we are doing dinner in stages. I am making pizza balls~ I posted the recipe under pizza around dinner time. Then we are deep frying a turkey for a party that we are having tomorrow, so tonight we are making sandwiches with the turkey. For dessert I went to the bakery and bought a strawberry danish~ we should be stuffed by the end of the night:)

Thanks for marking me best response. Have you had a chance to try the pizza balls? They were awesome! Take bread dough and flatten about the size of your hand. Put about 3 pieces of pepperoni and a chunk of mozzerella cheese. Close dough to make a ball shape around cheese and pepperoni. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cheese is melted. YUMMY!

baked fish smothered in a garlic and butters sauce
steamed baby carrots
rice with light cheese and brocolli (sp?) flowerettes mixed in
Dessert: cotton candy ice cream

Tonight for dinner my daughter and I are having leftover pizza and pasta. My husband works late tonight so Its a good night to use up leftovers.
