I don't eat many vegetables or fruits. I like all fruits, just got out of the habit of eating them. Unfortunately, I'm picky about my vegetables, though I try to serve one every evening with dinner. I wish I was better about eating fruit and veggies, especially since I have a little one now and am not setting a very good example.

I am not very good at eating fruits and vegetables. I like more fried meat and fish or other junk food. I know it's not good at all. But I do eat salad sometime. With meat I don't like much veggies other then potato. It is not like that I don't eat totally like your husband's friend:), just I prefer other things according to my taste.

I love fruits and vegetables ever since I was a kid. I like the different taste of them, sometimes, when I see a fruit bearing plant or tree, It seems to me that I want to try eat it.. but I'm afraid that it could be poisonous.. dangerous!

I eat the ones I like. I think a healthy diet is lots of vegetables and then some fruits, proteins and health carbs.

No I do not lol.
I do not eat vegetables unless they come with burgers (then I will close one eye - but I will still remove the tomato).
As for fruits, I seldom eat them. Though I am trying to eat a bit more...

yes I eat both. My grandmother cooks really well and she can make our visitors eat the food she served for she really is a good cook. There's this simple veggie cooking she told me. Just the baguio beans and the carrots sliced thinly and then put some butter on it and then put it to microwave oven, tenen! after several minutes, it tastes really delicious and sweet. I also love fruits or its really good source of vitamins.

I love fruits and veggies. My mom said I always ate them before I would eat my main meal. I love peas and corn the best on veggies and I love strawberries for fruit but just recently in the last 2 years became allergic to them. I love grapes, peaches, pears , bananas , just about any fruit. Ok, now I am so hungry for fruit and veggies. Is your husband's friend can't have fruits or veggies, what diet is he on?

Ya its very true that vegitables and fruits are very nutresiuos. raw vegtables which contains fibers like carrot, redish, turnip are very good for digeative system. spinach is rich contented in iron. being totaly dependent on non-veg may be harmful for health health in long run. as balsnce diest constitute of veg as wellas non veg items fruits ans vegitable are as important as meat, chicken, eggs etc. every thing should be in a fixed proportion. ya i am agree to you that everyone has its own taste ans taste changes from country to county religion to religion and we can't fore any one to eat if he doesn't like or due to any religious purose. ya we can only pray and give our suggestion its totaly up to thers wether hee/she is going to follow that or not...wish you good health.

I like a lot of vegetables, but it's all down to preparation whether that is the case or not. In example boiled I don't really like it, but baked in a wok it's tasty :).

I think those who do not like taking these highly nutritious fruits, vegetables and the like should be encouraged. Some times ago i was not taking Apple but as a result of encouragement and valuable, reasonable and useful advice, i started eating Apple.
I cannot do without vegetable!
