What type of light bulbs do you like?

You see and hear on TV our government in cahoots with the electic company want all Americans to begin using energy effecient lighthing. Do you agree with this and if you do use engery effecient bulbs, do you feel an effect on your body and mind?
Does using these floresent and engery efficent bulbs make you tired, stressed or irritable?
They do me and I will no longer be purchasing them. My health and well being are far more important to me that saving on my energy bill.
What do you think?

I love the CFL bulbs. They are great. They are brighter which means you don't need to pile up on lights just to see. Plus, they are a lot better for the environment and your house in the long run. They last years and not months, and the fact that it saves on your electric bill is definitely a plus. Doesn't mean you're spending nearly as much as you did before, which is always a plus.

I don't necessarily agree with the government, but I do agree that we should all be using energy efficient light bulbs. I'm already doing so in my home.
