What do you do to help the environment on an individual basis?

Do you help the environment at all or do you just let everyone else carry the burden thinking someone else will take care of everything necessary when the time comes?

Recycling is getting more and more important in our life as it will save us financially and protect our enviorment. So do you recycle? Such as bottles; Cans; Newspapers etc.
