How become a successful person?

Are you successful now? If yes, how to become one? We all know that through hard work we become successful. But it is enough? Give me some piece of advice.

I consider myself successful. It was a lot of hard work to get to where I am at. I think with hardwork you can get to where you want to be, and if you work hard, you appreicate everything that comes your way and be more succsssful at it.

successful is a relative word and can be defined only in some respects,or we can say it depends only on an individuals mantality.

I'm not successful now, but I think hard work indeed will be important. But asides from that keeping your cool also would play a major role, don't aim for success too much, risking making horrible decisions ending bankrupt or something.
