if i fry fish i dont re-use the oil anymore, unless i have to fry fish the other day. but if i fried chicken or shrimp (tempura) or other vegetables fried tempura style i still re-use the oil. i sometimes use it also to cook...

favefive I re-use as much as possible. I hate to always pour oil down the sink, besides the gunky build-up, that may cause clogging it can pollute our environment.
