I always keep on adding new sites to Bookmark or Favorite sites. it helps me to get to these websites easily. it also saves time for typing web url in address bar specialy if you aren't good at typing. I have about 15-20 website links saved there in my web browser. How about you do you feel it better to bookmark a site than noting down the website urls? how many site linkes saved in your web browser

Yes, i always do that. Whever i am researching on the net i keep on adding those sites i think helpful for my research. Aside from saving the time of typing the url, it is easy to access the page of the topic i am looking for. Sometimes when my computer suddenly shutdown and haven't save the site on my bookmark, i lost the website as well as the information i need =( ,hard to look for it again especially if i had used many keywords.

In addition, if i suppose to see any new interesting site, i will add it to my bookmark,so that i can view it next time.

Yes thats the first thing i do when i use the sites on a regular basis.Actually it makes our job pretty simple right..
I do watch movies online so i generally bookmark those sites and also some gaming sites as well. Usually when i am at home i usually be online all the time so i keep searching sites and if i find them interesting i bookmark them, and if i am in hurry at that point of time i book mark them and at later time i go through those sites...in that way it really helps me dude...what about you?
Thanks,
Vani.

I end up bookmarking hundreds of sites in my Internet travels. And most of them I never or haven't gone back to. I always think it might need a site in the future. Some I write down, but most are in my favorites. After a while, it gets to be a burden to go back and try to remember why I kept a certain site. There isn't enough time to go back to every site anyway.

Certain URLs I will save in text files if I don't think I'll be visiting them often, but I bookmark those I find to be of some importance. In IE, I have only 11 "favorites," but I have 74 "bookmarks" in Opera. I also store all my logins in Opera's wand, as it was simple enough setting up to remember all of them, while automatically "incinerating" cookies upon browser shutdown.

Yeah i too have habit of bookmarking the sites i like but there is a site called www.mybookmarks.com where you can directly note down the site under a category. It allows you to create many categories under which you can attach the web site you want to so that you can have a quick look at it...

I use bookmark tool bar from Firefox to mark my all day websites. I have about 15 links organized in 3 folders. The other sites I visit I usually type then.

i have my favorite websites bookmarked all the time and i organize them as well. all the sites which are related to news local and foreign for example, are categorized under one name such as news and current affairs. i even have one category under Money Making Programs which consists of all the bookmarked free earning programs i am a member of. these bookmarks save me much time because i can easily find the sites i often visited.

Bookmarking is really a very useful concept, especially for those who do a lot of surfing. For me, I use Bookmarking for the following reasons :
1) To revisit the web page later, meaning , to avoid retyping the url.
2) To mark as a reminder for me to visit a page. This is something like, I create a Bookmark folder called 'Reminders' where I will store all the URL bookmarks which I was myself to get reminded next time.
3) To open a list of sites when I start the browser. This is especially useful when you browse some list of sites everyday.

I tend to bookmark sites that I want to keep for future reference, but that I don't visit regularly. If I visit regularly, I'm not likely to forget the URL, so I don't clog up my bookmarks folder with it. I have probably 25 or so sites in my bookmarks folder, and I clear it out every now and then to get rid of resources that I no longer need.
