A while ago I had a very bad dream.I was trying to get through a fence to find out what was going on.I was hearing a child sobbing.I found a spot in the fence that I could look through.I bent down low so I could peer through the broken board.I was looking in a child's hugh, frightened eyes.There was a hand over her mouth but I could hear the muffled sobs.I frantically started pulling at the board to tear the fence apart to help the big eyed scared child.I got part of the wood pulled away and bent to look again to see if I could reach through.The child was alone, lying on her back, her beautiful eyes staring up at the heavens wide open.I couldn't reach her.I began to panic.I tore into the fence.Then someone had me by the shoulders, softly saying 'Shush, quiet now.It's too late. You can not help now!'. I began to cry hard.I was crying so hard that it woke me up. I was so spooked by the dream that I didn't want to sleep again for fear of returning to the dream. I started flipping through the channels till a picture of a big eyed child flashed on the screen. I was sure that I had awoken in a dream as was still asleep. I sat up in bed and listened to the news report of a child being taked from her bed at a hotel while on vacation. I went back to sleep sure it had been a dream. I woke up the next day, made my coffee, then sat to hear the news. I had not been dreaming about the news report. I have had such a bad feeling since the dream...Do you think the dream meant anything?The weird thing is I had the dream just before the first broadcast about it. A year or so ago I had a very vivid dream like this one about seeing a young boy at the bottom of the lake.I knew it was Lake Champlain.I stood on a dock looking into the water.I could see the boy's hair floating beneath the water.I knew he was dead.Some time late I read in the newspaper that a Canadian mother having problems with her estranged husband had drowned her son you and was going kill herself but backed out of it. Through my life I've had these things happen but I can never help because it's not clear enough or it's too late.I have a friend that 'sees' and has actually helped the police alot.She tells me I don't see soon enough or clear enough because I am fighting against it.I think she might be right.When I had dreams when it's too late I feel so guilty for weeks.I often search my mind for signs that I knew earlier and didn't accept it in my mind. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think I'm a bit off my rocker? Now to all my friends that think I'm nuts...I'm only half nuts......Please don't delete me from your friend's list...I'll behave now..I promise...
