Urgent Prayers Needed for Home

Right now it's 2:00 p.m. my time in Michigan. At 4:00 my landlords are coming to my house to discuss a 'situation' I am fearful what this means is my having to move after living here and making this 'house' my 'home' for over 2 years. I'm asking for anyone and everyone who is willing to pray for/with me to pray this meeting comes out favorable for everyone. A little back ground information. For the last 5 months my landlords who own several rental properties have had my home up forsale. Granted this is not a good market in our area or the house it's self but it's my home and I am comfortable and happy here - the location, size, everything works wonderfully for myself and my son. I will admit, I and others have been praying the house wouldn't sell - I don't want to move. One of the landlords, a married couple, did suggest at one time that I might purchase the home on a landcontract. I would be more than willing to do this but afraid the price the house is selling for (or at least listed for) is way out of my price range at this time. I am writing this rushed so please forgive me but I'm in tears as I am afraid they are going to offer me a different place to live but will mean moving and starting over again making a new home. All prayers are greatly appreciated. I won't be online to read responses but know where two or more are in agreement it will be.. I trust in God and know he will answer our prayers and the tears of a mother.

Hello Faith, you are a devout Christian. You should not doubt yourself and you should not doubt Jesus. If you have faith in Him, He will help you. Tears are not essential for your Lord to help you. Ask and you will receive. Wipe off your tears, muster your faith, and ask simply that Jesus will remedy the situation so that all is well. Then say your thanks - it will be done.

Its ok to cry. Just think of each tear as a prayer. You have my prayers as I know the feeling you are having. Lord You have Faith in your hands. You know the desires of her heart. I pray that the meeting goes in her favor. In your name Jesus. Amen.

Oh my god...of course you have my prayers byfaithonly---I can just imagine you're in a panic yourself, just as I've been with my situation...I'm praying for you that everything will be in Divine Order. Though I am of a different religious path than you as you may know, I've never left some of my Christian beliefs...I still love the concepts of Unity--have you ever heard of them--you can either call Silent Unity--their prayer center, or even e-mail a prayer request..believe me--do you realize how many times I've done this myself?? If you never heard of them..please go over to this website...and if you do decide to call them you get to talk to such a wonderful CALM person that makes you feel good inside. http://www.unityonline.org/pray_submitprayerrequest.htm

My prayers are with you, trust God He'll take care of you but it is always unsettling not knowing what the future holds, especially if you have to move like that without much warning.

This is always the difficulty when renting. The insecurity of being able to stay in a house & an area that you have ties with. It may be that you could end up renting in a better home & area. But I understand that it's the idea of change that is stressful, & even worse, having to pack up everything & move. You are in my thoughts.

I am thinking of you. I really really pray that they are going to say something good like just offer you a new rental contract with amendments in it to suit them a bti more and maybe take away someo of the hassles from the owner. Good luck *fingers crossed*

I pray that God will intervene in your problem, if it so that you have to move out take it that God has better plan for you ahead. You will never know it might be a blessing in disguise.

You definitely have my prayers tonight. This is an awful situation to put a Mom in yet so many landlords do it. I have a friend in Australia who has had the most horrendous year because of landlords who wouldn't give even an inch to a single Mom. I'm wishing you all the luck in the world and hope we hear back from you that things are better.

In my view, I cannot see the purpose of praying for something not to happen. I would much rather pray for something that I wanted to happen. So, in your case, I would pray for you to find a solution to your problem. You are not the only one facing this dire situation. So, I will pray for us both.
