What site do you go to get recipes off of?

I go to allrecipes.com. I like it because you can type what you are looking for and it will show you several different recipes for it. Like I wanted a recipe for oatmeal cookies and found it there. Then I made them and they were so good. My kids(who don't even like oatmeal) ate them up. Also you can type in what ingredients you are looking for to make something with and it will give you recipes that have those ingredients in them.
So I was wondering what sites you visit.

I like Food Network and Mr. Food and Better Homes and Gardens websites. Another good one is Kraft. There are several of them.
I had found another one a few weeks ago that you download a coupon bar with recipes etc. but I uninstalled it and can't remember where it was I found it.
Maybe someone out there will know which one I am talking about.

Yes, allrecipes.com is a wonderful site, deesamps. I found it about a year ago, and they have every recipe imaginable. They also give you a place to store your favorites. I get the Recipe of the Day delivered in my e-mail each day. That way, if I don't have time to visit the site I can fike the recipe away if I wish to keep it.

Wow,i would love to visit this site because i love cooking.
It's so much fun to learn new recipe instead of cooking the same old foods all the times.
Some times i likje to modify the original recipe and turn into my own new recipe, how fun!!
Be honest with you ,not all the time it turns out great some times i screwed up ...lol
But ,is ok,you learn from your mistake, thats the way to improve your cooking .

I'm sureprised that nobody has mentioned this yet. I came a across a site called opensourcefood.com It's a "personal project" created by a web entrepreneur who's now living in Tokyo. The beauty of it is that you don't have to be professional cook to share your recipies. As long as you love food - and like to experiment a little with it, then this site may be up your alley. It certainly is for me!

I like allrecipes also. It's great that you can find pretty much any recipe you can imagine PLUS the reviews of recipes let you know if it's worth trying or not. I also like vegweb.com because they have a huge collection of vegan and vegetarian recipes, many reviewed, and many with pictures.

I really like allrecipes.com. I love how you can do the advanced search and put specifically what ingredients you want to use, and what you don't, and they'll give you a list or recipes that meet your instructions.
I've also done just a basic search on yahoo for specific ingreditents. For example I would do a search on "recipes with chicken and sun dried tomatoes" and have found a couple of good recipe sites that way.

I love allrecipes.com. I like the fact that you can type it what you have (ingredients) and you get different recipes of what you can make- My daughter and I look at it often and decide what is for dinner- Usually when we have spare time or are sick of the same old thing : ) I also use family fun website- they have some neat baking recipes and kid friendly recipes. I think one of my favorite is Kraftfoods.com and Rachelraymag.com- Both have great fast recipes!

I came across this site and liked it:
http://www.mealtime.org/
they send me emails with recipes.
I usually know what I want to cook and seldom need a recipe but on these days where I want to use cans I can use an idea and they have lots of them and the meals are fairly cheap. And theirs food is tasty.
I like mealtime.
